Jenn Ziegler, Director of Human Resources & Facility Security Officer

As the Human Resources Director and Facility Security Officer at Intreped Partners, Jenn creates, hones, and implements people strategies that foster success across all aspects of the employee experience.

Before joining the Intreped Partners, Jenn spent 20 years in a variety of human resources (HR) roles encompassing the full employment life cycle, supporting the Department of Defense and government contracting industry for the last 15 years. As the Director of Human Resources at Global Systems Engineering, she established HR as a high-level strategic function, championed investment in HR capability development, and steered large-scale transformation of the HR practices, policies, and procedures.

She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Law and Society from the University of California San Diego. She is a long-standing member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and has achieved both Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
