Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement
2014 to 2025
Intreped Partners provides DTRA RD-CB comprehensive strategic communications services. We advise on strategic planning and messaging, conduct situational analyses, and lead the design and execution of outreach campaigns to government, Allied nations, and industry. Our team manages DTRA’s presence at major conferences and events—developing materials, deploying programmatic experts, and briefing senior leaders. We also plan and coordinate high-level stakeholder visits to laboratories, combatant commands, and industry partners, and develop tailored communications such as talking points, white papers, and briefings for congressional staff, Department of Defense leadership, and other Federal agencies. To extend DTRA’s reach, we manage social media outreach across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook, applying metrics to adjust messaging for maximum impact.
Intreped’s work has enhanced DTRA’s visibility, strengthened its stakeholder network, and increased awareness of its chemical and biological defense mission. Our materials and strategic messaging have supported director-led engagements, expanded partnerships, and elevated DTRA’s position in the chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear defense community.
