The Operations and Integration Management System (OIMS) enables DTRA to continuously monitor critical mission activities by connecting to and consuming data from U.S. and international partners. The system uses a wide range of tools and data sources in varying formats, which makes analysis difficult. To improve decision making, DTRA needed to be able to transform the raw data into reliable situational awareness reports that could be easily presented, shared, and communicated to a non-technical audience.

Intreped Partners experts perform data analysis, reporting and visualization using best-in-class business intelligence and reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and MicroStrategy. We recommend and implement strategies to present data for decision support and business intelligence, create and update custom dashboards, and develop reports (line graphs, stack bars, geospatial analyses, etc.) that are used by senior leadership at the Joint Operations Center (JOC).
DTRA senior leadership at the JOC can apply the large amounts of complex OIMS information to make better informed, data-driven decisions that impact national security.
