The Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) program, led by the U.S. Small Business Administration, supports businesses operating in areas with low income or high unemployment—areas where opportunity and investment can make the biggest difference. Global Systems Engineering, LLC is an SBA-certified HUBZone small business. HUBZone sole-source contracts allow Federal agencies to award contracts directly to a HUBZone-certified small business without competition. They have preference over small business set-aside contracts. The contract value threshold for services is $4.5 million.

U.S. Navy SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG)

SeaPort NxG is an IDIQ contract that provides engineering and program management services to units such as the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Information Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Systems Command, Office of Naval Research, Naval Air Systems Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps and spans the entire spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities supported by the Department of the Navy.

Defense Health Agency OMNIBUS IV Military Medical Research and Development

The DHA OMNIBUS IV is designed to enhance the related medical research and development programs of the Department of Defense to continually enhance Force health readiness resilience and rehabilitation. The IDIQ contract provides for a broad range of health-related research and development and support services that are separated into four Market Segments: (1) Research and Development (R&D); (2) R&D Support Services; (3) Regulatory Processes; and (4) Translational Science Support and Services. The Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Consortium

The Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Consortium was formed in response to the government’s expressed interest in establishing an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) to support agencies that have a need to prototype new technologies related to Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction. The OTA Consortium is an enterprise partnership between the U.S. government (Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense) and the CWMD Consortium connected through an OTA. This OTA operates outside the Federal Acquisition Regulations and serves as a streamlined vehicle that brings innovative research findings and state-of-the-art prototypes from industry to the Federal government.

C5 gives members an innovative and commonsense acquisition mechanism for development of new technologies and products to meet government requirements.
